STEAK HOAGIES

  • 12 SIRLOIN TIP HOAGIE STEAK SLICED THIN
  • 1 PACKAGE OF YOUR FAVORITE HOAGIE BUNS
  • 1 LB OF SLICED OR SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 1 PINT OF OLIVERIO PEPPERS (DESIRED HOTNESS)
  • 1 MEDIUM SLICED ONION INTO THIN SLICES

IN A LARGE SKILLET HEAT 2-3 TABLESPOONS OF MARGARINE TO FRY ONIONS AND MEAT. CUT INTO SMALL STRIPS. POUR JAR OF OLIVERIO PEPPERS TO COVER EVERY SLICE OF MEAT WITH SAUCE. SLICE BUNS LENGTHWISE AND ADD A LAYER OF CHEESE. NEXT FILL WITH MEAT PEPPER/SAUCE MIXTURE, ADD MORE ONIONS IF DESIRED. TOP OFF WITH EXTRA CHEESE. WRAP EACH HOAGIES IN FOIL, LEAVING THE TOPS LOOSE SO THE CHEESE DOES NOT STICK TO FOIL. PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.

FRENCH ONION ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES

  • 1 LB OF DELI ROAST BEEF
  • 1 PACKAGE OF 5 BRILLO ROLLS
  • 2 CANS OF FRENCH ONION SOUP
  • 1/2 LB OF PROVOLONE SLICED CHEESE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 JAR OF OLIVERIO PEPPERS IN VINEGAR ( HOT OR MILD)

IN A LARGE PAN COOK THE FRENCH ONION SOUP AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. ADD THE MEAT. LET SIMMER ON STOVE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. SLICE LENGTHWISE THE ROLLS, SCOOP OUT MEAT AND PLACE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ROLL. OPEN JAR OF OLIVERIO PEPPERS IN VINEGAR AND PUT A LAYER ON TOP OF MEAT ADD CHEESE. TAKE TOP OF ROLL, HOLD OVER PAN WITH LEFT OVER SOUP, POUR A SPOONFUL ON THE INSIDE OF ROLL. PLACE TOP BACK ON SANDWICH. PUT ROLLS ON A COOKIE SHEET TO PLACE IN OVEN AT 325 DEGREES FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. SEVER WITH SMALL BOWLS OF LEFT OVER SOUP, SO YOU CAN DIP YOUR SANDWICH INTO BROTH.

PEPPERONI ROLLS

DOUGH:

  • 1 & 1/2 CUPS OF WARM WATER
  • 1 TEASPOON YEAST
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
  • I EGG
  • 1/3 CUP OIL
  • 4 CUPS FLOUR

FILLING:

  • PEPPERONI SLICES OR STICKS
  • OLIVERIO ITALIAN STYLE PEPPERS (DESIRED HOTNESS)
  • MOZZARELLA OR PEPPER JACK CHEESE (APPROX. 2 CUPS)

IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE WATER, YEAST, SALT, MINCED GARLIC, EGG, OIL. LET SIT 5 MINUTES. STIR IN THE FIRST CUP AND A HALF OF FLOUR WITH A VERY HEAVY SPOON, ADD THE NEXT CUP OF FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME AS NEEDED. STIRRING UNTIL DOUGH BECOMES TOO STIFF TO CONTINUE STIRRING EASILY. ADD A LITTLE MORE FLOUR AND BEGIN KNEADING. THE AMOUNT OF FLOUR IS APPROXIMATE-MAY VARY!. CONTINUE FLOUR AND KNEADING UNTIL DOUGH IS SMOOTH AND ELASTIC. LET DOUGH RISE IN A GREASED, COVERED BOWL UNTIL DOUBLED(USUALLY ABOUT AN HOUR). UNCOVER BOWL: SPRINKLE A LITTLE MORE FLOUR AND KNEAD AGAIN BEFORE DIVIDING IN HALF INTO TWO BALLS.WORK WITH HALF OF THE DOUGH AT A TIME, ROLL EACH BALL OF DOUGH OUT ONTO A FLOURED SURFACE. SLICE DOWN MIDDLE, ACROSS, AND DOWN MIDDLE, TILL YOU HAVE 8 RECTANGLE PIECES. TAKE ONE RECTANGLE ADD SLICES OR STICKS OF PEPPERONI ON EACH PIECE, ALSO PINCH OF CHEESE. A SPOONFUL OF OLIVERIO ITALIAN STYLE PEPPER. ROLL THE DOUGH SO IT IS ALL CLOSED UP WITH STUFF ROLLED ON THE INSIDE. LET RISE APPROXIMATELY FOR 30 MINUTES. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 20-30 MINUTES, TIME VARIES ON THE SIZE, WATCH TILL THEY HAVE BROWNED.

DICED CHERRY PEPPER BRUSCHETTA

  • 1 JAR OF DICED CHERRY PEPPERS
  • 1 FRENCH BAGUETTE
  • OLIVE OIL
  • PEPPER
  • SALT
  • GARLICPOWDER
  • MOZZARELLA CHEESE

CUT BAGUETTE INTO ¾ SLICES. ARRANGEBAGUETTE SLICES ON A COOKIE SHEET OR STONE

COAT EACH PIECE OF BREAD WITH OLIVE OIL. SPRINKLE A MIXTURE OF SEASONING

ON EACH PIECE. PLACE IN BROILER FOR 3 MINUTES ON 350 DEGREES OR UNTIL GOLDEN

BROWN. TAKE OUT OF BROILER, TOP WITH A SPOONFUL OF DICED CHERRY PEPPERS. TOP WITH MOZZARELLACHEESE. PLACE BACK IN BROILER FOR 3 MINUTES TILL CHEESE HAS MELTED.

2 LBS CHICKEN BREAST

1 JAR OF OLIVERIO VINEGAR PEPPER RINGS (hot or mild)

1 PACKET OF ITALIAN SEASONING

PLACE CHICKEN IN CROCK POT. POUR JAR OF OLIVERIO ITALIAN PEPPER RINGS OVER CHICKEN, INCLUDING LIQUID. ADD 1 PACKET OF ITALIAN SEASONINGMIX. COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS OR HIGH FOR 4 HOURS. IF IT SEEMS T BE A LITTLE DRY ADD A LITTLE WATER TO MOISTEN. SHRED CHICKEN. SERVE ON A BUN.

GIOVANNI

COOK CUBE STEAK IN SKILLET WITH A LITTLE BLACK PEPPER. TAKE TEXAS TOAST BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES. PLACE IN A NEW SKILLET AND TOAST ONE SIDE FLIP AND TOP WITH OLIVERIO PEPPERS AND SAUCE, MEAT, CHEESE AND A PUT MORE PEPPERS AND SAUCE , PLACE SECOND PIECE OF TEXAS TOASTED SIDE DOWN . FLIP SANDWICH WHEN GOLDEN TO TOAST BOTH SIDES AND CHEESE IS MELTED. CUT IN HALF AND SERVE.

OLIVERIO CHICKEN CIABATTA SANDWICH

In a large skillet pour your olive oil and add your seasoned chicken. Thoroughly cook chicken on both sides till done. You can also grill your chicken. Before chicken is finished, toast ciabatta bread. Place sliced red onions in skillet with chicken just enough to take coldness from. Cover top and bottom of bread with Oliverio Peppers. Place chicken on bottom of ciabatta bread, top with a slice of provolone. Add onions and lettuce, place top on. serve

Take a childhood favorite and add Oliverio Peppers and Sauce to make an adult favorite. A timeless classic to warm up any lunch day.

OPEN FACE TURKEY PARMIGIANA

  1. I TO 2 POUNDS OF LEFT OVER TURKEY
  2. 1 JAR OF OLIVERIO SPAGHETTI SAUCE

  3. 1/2 JAR OF OLIVERIO PEPPERS AND SAUCE (DESIRED HOTNESS)

  4. 10 SLICES OF PARMESAN TEXAS TOAST

  5. 2 CUPS SHREDDED ITALIAN STYLE CHEESE BLEND

Put your turkey meat in a crock pot or on stove. Add sauces let it simmer all day. Turn oven on to cook Texas toast till brown. Spoon on mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of cheese. Place back in oven to melt cheese. Serve

JALAPENO GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

2 slices of sour dough or Italian bread
Butter
2 tbs of whipped cream cheese
4 slices of cooked bacon
1 slice monterey jack cheese
Jar of Oliverio Jalapeno Slices

Butter both sides of bread. Cook one side till light brown. Flip, then spread cream cheese on one side, add a layer of Oliverio Jalapeno slices. Then place bacon and then add the slice of monterey jack cheese. Top with the other piece of bread. Cook on both sides till brown.

OLIVERIO PEPPERS CALAZONE

  • 10 FROZEN BREAD ROLLS
  • 1 Jar of Oliverio Pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Oliverio Pepper Rings (drained)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni minis
  • 1 egg beaten

Take frozen bread rolls let thaw and rise. When ready to make- take jar of Oliverio Pizza Sauce and mix both cheeses and drained Oliverio Pepper Rings and pepperoni minis in a bowl. Once bread rolls have thawed and risen, roll out on a lightly floured surface, paper thin. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of filling onto half of circle dough. Fold in half and press to seal edges together with a fork. Place each calazone on a baking sheet. Brush surface of each calazone with beaten egg to bake until nice and golden brown, 10 – 13 minutes on 400 degrees.

OLIVERIO MEATBALL HOAGIE

  • 24 meatballs approx (homemade or frozen)
  • 1 jar of Oliverio Peppers in Sauce 25.5oz
  • 4 of your favorite hoagie buns
  • 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix up your favorite meatball or use frozen. Place in a skillet. Pour in a jar of Oliverio Peppers in sauce. Let it cook on medium low, till meatball are cooked and the sauce is has marinated with the meatballs. Slice open hoagie roll. Add meatballs inside the pocket. Cover with cheese. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes to heat and melt cheese.
