Andy Cohen Warns Jeff Lewis: 'Don't Piss Off the Swifties' After He Claims Disinterest in Taylor Swift's New Album
The tension between Jeff Lewis and Taylor Swift may be rising. On the latest episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen hosted a game where he and his guests, including Lewis and Ashley Darby, discussed their thoughts on pop culture. During the game, Lewis surprisingly admitted, 'I don't give a shit' about Taylor Swift's new album, 'The Life of a Showgirl.'
However, Cohen quickly reminded Lewis of the potential consequences of such remarks. 'You do not want to piss off those Swifties,' he warned, emphasizing the importance of being cautious. Lewis, realizing his mistake, backtracked and expressed his genuine excitement, stating, 'Sorry, Jeff really cares. Jeff gives a damn and is so excited.'
This isn't the first time Cohen has faced backlash for his comments about Swift. In a previous episode, Denise Welch, the mother of Swift's ex-boyfriend, Matty Healy, made controversial remarks about Swift's album, 'The Tortured Poets Department,' which included references to their relationship. Welch's comments stunned Cohen, and she later added that she had moved on and was happy with her current life.
