Personalization & Ordering Tips:
Photo Suggestions For Best Results: Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.We will not color correct or refocus your image. Due to the process used to create your item we can not guarantee color matching in your design. Send bitmap images, jpg or tiff format, that are 300 dpi or higher resolution when possible. Please send uncropped images. We will crop photos to the best fit for the item ordered. When more than one subject is in the photo, make sure that the subjects are very close together.
Photo Submission: Pictures may be sent to us via Email after your order is placed. You will see the Email address posted at the top of the Order Confirmation Page during Checkout.
Digital Proofs: If you require a digital proof be sure to check your Email. A proof is usually sent within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Time may be longer during Holiday season. If you use a spam filter be sure and check your spam folder also since our corespondence may end up there.
Shipping Charges: You can determine shipping costs by adding the items you want to buy into the Shopping Cart. Enter your zip code and state into the UPS Shipping Calculator on the Shopping Cart page and click apply. Shipping charges will be displayed for shipping method of your choice. No personal information is required.
Turn Around Time: Production turnaround time is usually 3 - 5 business days. Shipping time varies according to your distance from zip code 64078. Usually 3 - 4 days.
