How to order online

2. Complete the checkout process

 Pictures may be sent to us via the Photo Submission Form once your order has been confirmed. You may access the Photo Submission Form from a link at the top of the Order Confirmation Page during Checkout. There are very easy, step-by-step instructions for submitting your pictures.

 

Image Requirements

JPG Format Best
Close Up Images Work Best
Use Best Quality Image Possible
Use 300 dpi resolution
Send Uncropped Images
We do not correct image color
Bright colors work best
We do not correct image focus



Notes: Send 300 dpi or higher resolution images when possible. Please send uncropped images. We will crop photos to the best fit for the item ordered. Image size of approx 4x4 inches or larger works best for mugs and ornaments. Larger pictures for T-Shirts.. When more than one subject is in the photo, make sure that the subjects are very close together.

We will not color correct or refocus your image. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.


Question: How long will it take before my order is shipped?

Answer: All personalized orders will be ready ship within 2 - 3 business days after the order is placed on in stock items. Remember that selecting 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air doesn't mean you will have the order in 2 days or the next day. We have to make the items. As stated above, items are usually ready to ship in 2 - 3 business days.

 

Question: How much will the shipping charges be?
